The Above Rubies Retreat
The retreat begins Friday evening with a time of visiting followed by the opening meeting with Nancy Campbell.
We continue with three sessions on Saturday, broken up by meal and visiting times and end Saturday night with a prayer meeting.
The retreat closes on Sunday with testimonies and a closing talk from Nancy Campbell followed by lunch and clean up.
We will have a love offering for Nancy. She doesn’t charge to speak at our retreat and all registration fees pay for accommodations, meals and help support the Above Rubies Magazine. The Love Offering will go to supporting Nancy and her family.
Resource/ Information Sharing: We also have enjoyed a time of resource and information sharing between sessions... come prepared with your information you’d like to share. We’ve learned about EC (elimination communication), cloth diapering, natural food resources, baby wearing, entertaining children, educational resources, Ecological Breastfeeding, etc... all topics are welcome!
We also have a table for information and items to give away, we welcome your homeschool curriculum, samples, handouts, etc...
Snack Table: We will have a snack table set up to share goodies throughout the retreat. This adds to our times of fellowship and helps keep our tummies happy between meals. Please bring something to share if you are able. We usually end up with a nice combination of breads, muffins, cookies, fresh fruits, and veggies. Yum!

Can I bring my children?
Yes, breastfeeding infants are always welcome... since child care is not provided, older children should be able to sit through the meetings without being disruptive. The retreat is a great opportunity for your teenage daughters to grow in their walk with the Lord while gaining a foundation for Godly Womanhood.

Room & Rate Options:
Weekend registrations include Friday & Saturday Night and 5 meals- breakfast, lunch, & dinner on Saturday and Breakfast & Lunch on Sunday.
Dorm bunk cabins $125 (each houses 5-20 ladies/children)
Lodge (heated w/ indoor bathroom facility) bedding & towels provided $169
Teen Daughter 12-17: $102 (lodge or A frame)
Young Daughters 2-11 $62 (lodge or A frame)
Saturday Only w/ 2 meals-

5 meals are provided (no Friday night meal). If you have special dietary needs, please let us know. Communication in advance is key, so please let us know with your registration!
You are welcome to bring your own meals, however there is NOT a preparation space. There is a refrigerator and microwave available.
